TM5-FAAST data, as well as SSP2 data on proportions using each fueltype was provided to Eartha Weber from the Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving (PBL). The indoor PM2.5 estimates was produced using the WHO HOMES model, and then these values (ambient and indoor PM2.5) were fed into the GBD model. For brevity and demonstration only 2015 and 2050 data was included for 2030 data (not used to produce images) and or additional SSP2 data or data cleaning steps please contact the author. Data for SSP2, and TM5-FAAST belongs to PBL.
