Colonic samples of Opa1KO mice and WT control. Mice were injected with tamoxifen for 5 days to knock out Opa1 in intestinal epithelial cells. Mice exhibited extensive epithelial damage and intestinal inflammation. On day 24, mice were sacrificed and colon was collected for RNAseq.
