lncRNA expression of in NPC and para carcinoma tissues

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a common epithelial carcinoma with high occurrence and metastatic rates in Southern China. The assessment of the metastatic potential of NPC is vital for determining prognosis and treatment, and more targeted treatments are needed for NPC.To identify new biomarkers to evaluate metastatic potential of NPC, a comparative genomic expression profiling of NPC tumors and para-carcinoma tissues were assayed by Arraystar human lncRNA array 2.0 We designed this experiment to screen for lncRNAs whose expressions are dyregulated in NPC tissues.
