资源简介:

Introduction: Beyond Spectral Stability in Natural Systems Classical stability theory in physics relies predominantly on spectral analysis. A system governed by a linear operator A is considered stable if all eigenvalues satisfy: \mathrm{Re}(\lambda_i) < 0. However, many natural systems are inherently non-normal, particularly those involving: ● rotation, ● shear flows, ● gravitational coupling, ● multi-scale interactions. In such systems: A A^* \neq A^* A, and eigenvectors are non-orthogonal. This geometric property enables transient amplification of perturbations, which may exceed physical limits before asymptotic decay takes effect.
