风湿免疫病临床信息和生物样本共享平台

本课题建立风湿免疫疾病核心数据直报及监控体系，形成数据采集与质控标准；利用最新移动互联网和大数据挖掘技术，构建辐射全国的风湿免疫病研究协作网络，采用生物信息学技术进行大数据挖掘，形成核心数据集，建立高效、开放的数据共享平台；以统一的标准和规范，采用基于互联网与移动医疗技术的直报监控体系，最终实现预防性治疗、个体化治疗和智能化随访管理三位一体的防控体系This project establishes a direct reporting and monitoring system for core data of rheumatic immune diseases, and formulates unified data collection and quality control standards. Leveraging cutting-edge mobile internet and big data mining technologies, it constructs a nationwide collaborative research network for rheumatic immune diseases. Through big data mining powered by bioinformatics technologies, a core dataset is developed, and an efficient and open data sharing platform is built. Adopting the unified standards and specifications together with the direct reporting and monitoring system based on internet and mobile medical technologies, the project finally realizes a three-in-one prevention and control system integrating preventive treatment, individualized treatment and intelligent follow-up management.
