Insulin Signaling Data for ResponseCell Input Generation Workflow

This record contains the data used to develop and demonstrate a workflow for generating cell-type-specific inputs for ResponseCell. The workflow was developed and applied using insulin signaling as a biological test case. The expression data generated by the laboratory of Prof. Assaf Rudich are based on single-nucleus RNA sequencing profiles from two human visceral adipose tissue samples under insulin-treated and untreated conditions. Samples were processed using the Ido Yairi pipeline (Yairi et al., in preparation), including quality control, clustering, cell-type annotation, and integration. The deposited data include analyses of adipocytes, adipose stem and progenitor cells (ASPCs), and endothelial cells (ECs). The record includes the input data used by the workflow, intermediate processed expression data and cell-type-specific ResponseCell input files generated by the workflow, and additional supporting data used for downstream evaluation and interpretation of ResponseCell results. The data structure and file descriptions are provided in the README file included in this record.
