An economic model in Excel of Screening for Type 1 Diabetes in the UK

This deposit contains an economic model of screening for type 1 diabetes in the UK. The main model is a Macro enabled Excel file. In case future versions of Excel change the functionality of the model, each worksheet is saved as a .csv and the macro used in the Excel file to automatically conduct the scenario analyses is saved as a .txt file in the Model data as .csv and .txt files.zip folder. The README.txt file describes what each file is and what data it contains. As there is little work on screening for type 1 diabetes in the UK context, the model predicts the maximum cost that screening could cost and still be cost-effective at thresholds used by UK decision makers.
