Transcription profiling of mammary glands of mice at different age to carry out global analysis of gene expression changes occurring in the normal pubertal mouse mammary gland development

The aim was to carry out global analysis of gene expression changes occurring in the normal pubertal mouse mammary gland from the appearance to the regression of terminal end buds. Experiment Overall Design: 5 time points were chosen for analysis: 3wk, 4wk, 5wk, 6wk and 7wk. Each time point was analysed in triplicate with the exception of the 5wk time point which was analysed in duplicate. Total: 14 samples. Each sample was prepared from a pool of RNA from mammary glands of a minimum of three mice.本研究旨在对正常青春期小鼠乳腺中，从终末芽（terminal end buds）出现至消退阶段发生的基因表达全局变化开展系统性分析。 实验整体设计：本实验选取5个时间点进行分析，分别为3周龄（3wk）、4周龄（4wk）、5周龄（5wk）、6周龄（6wk）及7周龄（7wk）。除5周龄组仅设置2次重复外，其余各时间点均设置3次生物学重复。本次实验总计14个样本，每个样本均由至少3只小鼠的乳腺组织RNA混合制备而成。
