Body condition as an indicator of long-term ecosystem change: evidence from common dolphins

Datasets and R code for the manuscript "Body condition as an indicator of long-term ecosystem change: evidence from common dolphins". Datasets contain metadata, morphometric measurements, and body condition indices of common dolphins stranded in Galicia (NW Spain) between 1998-2019, as well as data on climate variability (North Atlantic Oscillation), oceanographic conditions (upwelling intensity, sea surface temperature, chlorophyll-a), prey availability, and prey quality for the same time period and area.
