Interaction of muscle and liver circadian clocks on the transcriptome

In this study, we used RNA sequencing to interrogate how muscle and liver autonomous clocks influence the circadian transcriptome across these two organs. WT and liver+muscle Bmal1 reconstituted mice ( see Koronowski et al Cell 2019 and Greco et al Science Advances 2021 for general model description) were used to collect tissues at 6 time points over the diurnal cycle - 12 hr light: 12 hr dark conditions and ad libitum feeding of normal chow; tissues harvested at ZT0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20本研究采用RNA测序（RNA sequencing）技术，探究肌肉与肝脏的自主生物钟如何影响这两类器官的昼夜转录组。本研究使用野生型（WT）小鼠及肝脏、肌肉特异性Bmal1重组小鼠（模型概况详见Koronowski等2019年发表于《Cell》、Greco等2021年发表于《Science Advances》的研究），在昼夜周期内的6个时间点采集组织样本：实验环境为12小时光照：12小时黑暗，小鼠可自由进食普通饲料；组织采集时间点为ZT0、4、8、12、16、20。
