The data supports the manuscript entitled "Humidity effects on the positive leader steps in laboratory long spark discharges". The *.rar file contains all data used therein and can be decompressed and opened, in which six *.xlsx files contain the data corresponding to their respective Figure, as they are named, can be opened by Excel and six file folders contain the high-speed video frames of six discharge events respectively. The data can be used freely for scientific purposes with appropriate citation.
