De Giuseppe Paradox 2.0: Emergent Retrocausality from Spacetime Configuration in Special Relativity

We extend the original De Giuseppe Paradox by introducing the concept of Emergent Retrocausality, which arises from a precise spacetime configuration of objects rather than from faster-than-light signaling. Specifically, the paradox occurs when a subject (A) transports materials at relativistic speeds to an endpoint (Y), and a collaborator (B) constructs a wall at an intermediate point (M) years later, resulting in a temporal loop for the materials. We formalize the paradox using Lorentz transformations and a spacetime configuration function f (x_M, t_M),(x_Y, t_Y) that indicates whether retrocausal effects emerge. We show that small perturbations in the position of M eliminate the loop, demonstrating that retrocausality is both **configurationally constrained** and mathematically well-defined within Special Relativity.
