From the Cell Index measured over time, and area under the curve (AUC) is calculated as well as the % cell viability (and derived % od cyctotoxicity) according to the equations shown in the associated protocol. The AUC is calculated for each well plate. The plate is then normalized according to the vehicle and the most toxic element of the plate before the Cell Viability is calculated.

基于随时间测得的细胞指数（Cell Index），同时依据相关实验方案中的公式计算曲线下面积（Area Under the Curve, AUC）以及细胞存活率百分比，并由此推导得到细胞毒性百分比。该计算流程针对每一块多孔板执行。在计算细胞存活率前，需先以溶媒对照组以及该多孔板内毒性最强的样本孔为参照，对板内数据进行标准化处理。
