Drainage Rate

This dataset contains the soils: hydrological attributes in South Africa. Crop yield and hydrological models require soils information such as thicknesses of the various horizons modeled, soil water contents at critical retention levels and the erodibility of the soil for input. These variables have been derived for all soil series identified in South Africa via the AUTOSOILS decision support tool and their attributes are area averaged at the level of Land types for purposes of mapping.本数据集收录南非境内土壤的水文属性。作物产量模型与水文模型在运行时需以土壤相关参数作为输入，包括所建模的各土壤发生层厚度、临界持水水平下的土壤含水量以及土壤可蚀性。本数据集通过AUTOSOILS决策支持工具，针对南非境内已识别的全部土壤系列推导得到上述变量；为满足制图需求，其属性已按土地类型（Land types）级别完成区域平均化处理。
