This dataset provides county-level cooking emission inventory in China from 1990 to 2021 by counties, subsectors, and pollutants in the xlsx file.- The years include every year from 1990 to 2021.- The provinces cover all 2848 counties of mainland China based on 2020 administrative divisions.- The subsectors include commercial cooking, residential cooking, and canteen cooking.-The pollutants include organics in the full volatility range (VOCs, SVOCs, IVOCs, and xLVOCs), PM2.5, ultrafine particles (UFPs), and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs, encompassing gaseous PAHs, particulate PAHs, and benzo[a]pyrene equivalents (BaPeq))- The emissions of UFPs are in particles/yr and emissions of other pollutants are in kt/year.
