Identifying Higher Education Growth Hubs in Texas: What Drives Their Success?

Our project leverages open data from the TXST Dataverse, specifically the IPEDS Enrollment Data (2019–2024)( https://doi.org/10.18738/T8/FR7LSN), to analyze university enrollment trends in Texas. While Texas has experienced substantial university enrollment growth from 2019 to 2023, Texas State University (TXST) in San Marcos has lagged behind its neighboring cities.
