London parking appeal outcomes by borough, 2024-25

Parking appeal outcomes for all 33 London boroughs in the 2024-25 financialyear: penalty charge notices issued, appeals received, appeals decided, theshare of decided appeals allowed, and the share the borough chose not tocontest. Every figure is populated for every borough. Across London as a whole, 17,121 parking appeals were decided in 2024-25 and50.6% were allowed. Individual boroughs range from 29.3% allowed (Southwark,549 decided) to 70.1% (Redbridge, 1,804 decided). No figure is derived, modelled or estimated. Every cell is a republication of afigure the tribunal itself published, re-derived from the source workbooks namedbelow and checked row by row on 18 August 2026. London is the only part of the United Kingdom where per-authority parking appealoutcomes are published at all. The Traffic Penalty Tribunal, which hears appealsfor the 336 enforcement authorities in England outside London and in Wales,publishes national totals only.
