Darwin Tree of Life Environmental Samples Project: Draft Genomes and Transcriptomes from uncultured single-cell eukaryotes

Project description: One aim of the DToL project (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/PRJEB40665?show=component-projects) is to construct draft genomes and transcriptomes from single-celled eukaryotes that are isolated from aquatic environments. Samples may be individual or pooled cells that have been isolated via fluorescence activated cell sorting, manual sorting, or filtered water samples. No specimens are derived from retrievable cultures. This work is carried out by the University of Oxford and the Earlham Institute.
