Texas 2000-bus synthetic power system on ANDES
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains an open-source power system model (Texas2k system) running on the open-source Python-based dynamic simulator ANDES, designed to lower barriers for machine-learning studies and dynamic simulation research in power systems. The Texas2k system is a publicly available, fully synthetic power grid model developed to resemble the structural and operational characteristics of real-world grids while not corresponding to any actual network. It includes: 2000 buses 436 synchronous generators (SGs) 107 inverter-based resources (IBRs) (PV, wind) Supports transient stability analysis and high renewable penetration studies The model is converted and modified to run on ANDES, an open-source Python-based library for power system dynamic simulation widely used in academic research. ANDES supports a broad range of dynamic models and can simulate various events such as generator tripping, line outages, and three-phase-to-ground faults, making it well-suited for stability and control studies.
