The effect of kafirin nanoparticles loaded with puerarin on HepG2 cells

We will embed puerarin into alcohol soluble proteins to form nanoparticles. Treat the cells with puerarin, puerarin loaded nanoparticles, and empty nanoparticles, then treat with ethanol, and measure the transcriptome of the cells.
