The microbial communities shifted along landfill processes and the microbial diversity also varied with the different As(V) contents in the reactors. RDA demonstrated microbial community structure was related to arrA and arsC genes distribution that encoded respiratory As(V) reductase and cytoplasmic As(V) reductase, respectively.
