This contains the numerical data for the publication Frei et al. PLOS Genetics 2024

The zip file contains the excel spreadsheets and statistics used in generating the charts in Frei et al. PLoS Genetics 2024.

Each file within the folder (named according to the figure it generated) contains the quantification of the fluorescence of cells transfected with the construct indicated on the top line. The second sheet and subsequent sheets contain the results of statistical tests run on the data using the Prism Statistical Analysis software package.
