RNA-seq of rat tissues with chronic osteomyelitis

We constructed a rat model of femoral osteomyelitis by injecting a mixture of Staphylococcus aureus suspension and LPS. Subsequently, we performed RNA-seq to compare the osteomyelitic femur with the normal femur group.
