Effect of different conditions of storage on seed viability and seedling growth of six wild fruit woody plants. Figshare dataset

There are two datasets in this repository:1. germination_stored_seeds - it is germination data of six wild fruit species after storage (Nonstored, 0.5 y, 1 y, 2 y and 3 y) at different seed moistire content (ca. 5%, 8% and 11%) and in different storage temperature (-3°, -18° and -196°C). We recorded germination (root apperance), seedling emergence (both root and shoot apperance). Seedling emergence was being recorded both at laboratory and nursery conditions.2. seedlings_height - height (cm) and root collar diameter (mm) after one year growth of seedlings received from seeds stored at conditions mentioned above.Additional csv file was added with detailed data description.All data comes from study realised in Institute of Dendrology Polish Academy of Science.This dataset is related to our article published in Annals of Forest Science (2020): Wawrzyniak, M., Michalak, M. & Chmielarz, P.
