This paper proposes: superconductivity is not electron pairing, but the global entry of a conductor into the vacuum resonance state at x = 2π. From the World Quantum theory, we define: Projection coupling factor x: characterizing the environmental modulation efficiency between internal and macro-rotation Generalized wavelength formula: λ = xℏ / p Magnetic flux quantum: Φₓ = xℏ / eₓ When low temperature induces collective lattice vibrations, the system enters a synchronized phase field, globally locking x at 2π, leading to: λ = h/p stabilized globally → no scattering → zero resistance Φₓ = h/eₓ locked → superconducting flux quantized as Φ₀ = h/2eₓ I = Eq / Φₓ holds → current as energy projection onto flux We present three testable predictions and design three experiments for validation.
