Time course expression pattern during neural crest cells (NCCs) differentiation from iPSCs

To clarify the changes in cell properties during the differentiation process from iPSCs into NCCs, we sampled each cell during the differentiation process and compared gene expression patterns. Overall design: During the 10-day NCC differentiation process from iPSC, we sampled every 2 days and compared gene expression patterns. On day 10, FACS sorting was performed with the NCC marker CD271, and the expression patterns of CD271 high and low expression cells were also compared.
