Electronic Supplementary Material for: "Paleoecology indicates wave conditions as key factor in coral reef development"
收藏资源简介:
This zipped data repository accompanies the paper "Paleoecology indicates wave conditions as key factor in coral reef development". SM-1: dGNSS Data All processed differential GNSS survey points are outlined in the Excel file “Table SM-2”. EMLID Studio was used for the primary GNSS post processing. In the Stop-and-Go function within the app, GPS and GLONASS signals were processed using the Fix and Hold setting for Integer Ambiguity Resolution. On Aruba, base station data is provided by EarthScope Consortium (was UNAVCO). Archived RENIX streams were downloaded for station ID CN19, located at the northern tip of Aruba. (https://data.unavco.org/archive/gnss/logs/cn19log.txt) Base Receiver Type : TRIMBLE NETR9 Satellite System : GPS Serial Number : 5219K84957 Firmware Version : 5.42 Elevation Cutoff Setting : deg Date Installed : 2020-03-06T23:11Z Temperature Stability. : none Ellipsoid to EGM08 (Geoid elevation) calculated on https://www.unavco.org/software/geodetic-utilities/geoid-height-calculator/geoid-height-calculator.html Final positions for each measurement were also filtered and only FLOAT and FIX quality positions were used to establish the final corrected position. The column Elev. Final (m) represents the Emlid studio rover corrected elevation translated to EGM08. Easting RMS, Northing RMS and Ellipsoid RMS are 2-simga outputs from Emlid Studio. The final Elevation RMS [termed Combined Elevation RMS] is the RMS of the max EGM08 cubic interpolation and quantization errors (0.0022 m) combined with the Ellipsoid RMS output from Emlid Studio. RMS represent 95%. SM-2: Orthomosaics and associated quality reports from AgiSoft Metashape The orthomosaics referenced in this paper are detailed in the Excel file "Table SM-1". Orthomosaics are organized by respective island and available as a .TIFF file. Each project is then accompanied by a corresponding quality report generated using AgiSoft Metashape Professional edition (version 2.1.0 build 17532). The python-script used to extract the point-intercept transects (PIT) in QGIS is provided under "PIT-10m-10cm.py" and requires the user to enter start and end coordinates of the PIT while using a meter based coordinate system. SM-3: 124 ka atmospheric circulation model parameters and output The annual mean U- and V- components of the 10 m wind velocity model outputs for the 124 ka and pre-industrial model (PI) are provided as netCDF files under /SM-3 Wind_Models/. SM-4: Hydrodynamic model set-up and output Delft 3D model set-ups and outputs for the 127 ka, 124 ka, and PI hydrodynamic models are organized into respective sub-folders under /SM-4 Wave_Models/.
