TMEM25 can receive extracellular signals to expand bRGs, a process which occurs specifically in human cortical development To reveal the molecular mechanism by which TMEM25 regulates neurogenesis, we performed RNA-seq to examine the transcriptome changes after TMEM25 knockdown in human NPCs. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for AF22 NPCs and its KD derivatives (TMEM25 sh1 and TMEM25 sh2).
