SMSNet's training datasets (WCU-MS-ALL)

This is the WCU-MS-ALL dataset of MS/MS spectra for unmodified peptides and modified peptides with oxidation of M or phosphorylation of STY, aggregated from the dataset used to train and evaluated SMSNet (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31591261/).<br><br>Each row of the file contains raw file ID (this can be used to group spectra from the same experiment), PEP score (from MaxQuant's evidence), peptide sequence (MaxQuant's style), modification (MaxQuant's style), charge state, precursor m/z, retention time, and the observed MS/MS peaks in csv format.<br><br><b>Updated 9 December 2021</b>Due to limited 20GB constraint, we have to migrate the files to our Google Drive instead.
