Preprocessed data

Preprocessed Capillary electrophoresis (CE) trace datasets for MS2 RNA which has undergone X-ray footprinting in transcript, in virio, post extraction and post reassembly.
Each .obj file is a python pickle datafile which contain datasets which contain CE trace datasets for each primer which have undergone preprocessing.
Preprocessing involves, smoothing, baseline correction, dynamic time warping, decay correction and peak alignment.
The preprocessing of the datasets in each file has been performed over different windows in the CE traces, with the value before the .obj file extension is used to identify the seperate windows.
Preprocessing has been performed using the BoXFP software package.
