Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were kept in the laboratory for at least 5 days to acclimatize. The rats were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of 1% pentobarbital sodium (90 mg/kg) under aseptic conditions. A total of 42 rats were modeled with SAP. RNA isolation was conducted using MagMAX FFPE DNA/RNA Ultra kit and RNA reverse transcription using miScript II RT. LncRNA arrays were subjected to microarray analysis. LncRNAs were labeled with Cy3 and hybridized with Rat LncRNA Array V3.0. miRNAs were hybridized using miRCURY LNA Array v.16.0.The data were scanned with a GeneChipTM Scanner 3000 7G system
