Lag-bias reconstruction data sets

These data were used to produce a manuscript about lag-bias reconstruction of raster scanned retinal images. The method uses strip registration statistics in order to estimate motion artifacts in the reference image.<br><br>This file contains three separate data sets:<br><br>1. aoslo_simulated contains simulated retinal images (frames.hdf5) and the registration data and corrected images (reg_000.hdf5, where '000' indicates that frame 0 was used to register the remaining frames.<br><br>2. aoslo_real contains real retinal images (frames.hdf5) as well as four corrected images, referenced to frames 0, 40, 65, and 80. Reference frame 65 contains the worst motion artifacts (and thus best illustrates the motion correction algorithm).<br><br>3. aooct contains two averaged volumes, one uncorrected and one corrected.<br>
