资源简介:
Pseudomonas lundensis is an environmental psychrotrophic bacterium and a leading causative of frozen food spoilage. Here we present the transcriptomics study of P. lundensis strain AU1044, in aerobic in vitro growth conditions both 4°C and 37°C, and in vivo germ-free mice. The difference in the expression profile of several regulatory and metabolic genes over these three conditions highlights the ubiquitous nature of this bacterium. Overall design: 3 sample conditions were analysed. The experiemnt for in vrito culture samples is as follows. P. lundensis AU1044 was cultured in LB broth under aerobic conditons at 4°C and 37°C. The in vitro experminet was done in quadrepilicates. The experiment for the invivo samples were set up as follows. Gnotobiotic balb/c mice (n=6) were oraly inncoculated with AU1044. After 14 days of innoculation, the cecal content was harvested and used as the source for bacterial RNA isolation.
