本研究中，经肝素处理的血液以1:5的比例稀释于细胞培养液中，并在37°C、5%二氧化碳环境中，与脂多糖（LPS，浓度100 ng/ml）及两种浓度的α-酮戊二酸（AKG）共同孵化24小时。随后，对细胞进行离心处理（300xg，5分钟），并按照材料与方法部分所述测定细胞因子水平。对组间中位数的统计显著性进行了比较。
