Mass spectrometry identification results of RNA pull-down assay for LINC01291 interacting proteins

This dataset contains the protein identification and relative quantification results from RNA pull-down assay coupled with silver staining and LC-MS/MS analysis. The experiment was designed to screen candidate proteins that interact with LINC01291 in human. The two Excel files include the full list of identified proteins, peptide spectrum matching scores, and differential enrichment information between experimental and control groups.
