Metabolomics data NEG-56 samples

Metabolomics was performed in collaboration with MajorBio company (Shanghai, China). Primary GC tissues used for metagenome sequencing were also subjected to metabolomics by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS). Mass spectrometry information was matched with the public metabolic database HMDB and Metlin to obtain metabolite information. Significant differences of metabolites were evaluated through an assessment of Variable Importance in Projection (VIP) scores derived from the Orthogonal Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis (OPLS-DA) model, in conjunction with P-values ascertained via Student’s t-test. Metabolites exhibiting VIP scores greater than 1 and P-values less than 0.05 were considered as statistically significant differences. The annotation of metabolic pathways was conducted utilizing the KEGG database. Simultaneously, the correlations between microbiome and metabolites were analyzed based on the Spearman rank correlation coefficient.
