Escherichia coli evolution under triclosan treatment in morbidostat

Escerichia coli UxaC knockout from the KEIO collection was evolved under the triclosan stress dutin four 24 hour intervals in six reactors. At the end of each interval the population was sequenced with the goal coverage 1000x. The project includes the four time points (A->B->C->D) for the six reactors (1:6, e.g. E6 - time point E for the reactor 6) and sequencing of the initial unevolved population (Control).
