井下充填体强度提高值与管道全程静压降低值参数检验数据

研发的改性增强剂，能够提高充填体的强度，恢复强度特性，经检验，添加改性增强剂后，充填体强度提高12.6%。在低密增强改性剂研发后，运用到工业实验中，研究表明：低密改性充填料管道输送全程静压值减小21.3%。满足考核指标要求。满足课题指标要求。The developed modified reinforcing agent is capable of improving the strength of backfill and restoring its strength-related characteristics. Tests have verified that the addition of this modified reinforcing agent leads to a 12.6% increase in the strength of the backfill. After the successful development of the low-density modified reinforcing agent, it was applied to industrial experiments. The research results indicate that the overall static pressure value during the entire pipeline transportation process of the low-density modified filling materials is reduced by 21.3%. All the assessment indicators and project target requirements are satisfied.
