基于餐厨和厨余垃圾的“强化”单相厌氧消化技术主要面向餐厨垃圾和厨余垃圾厌氧强化研究,基于餐厨和厨余垃圾的“强化”单相厌氧消化技术,研究接种比、进料浓度、HRT(水力停留时间)、含固率、发酵液回流比、外源投加物(零价铁/活性炭)等条件参数对厌氧发酵的影响。实验室进行餐厨和厨余垃圾单相厌氧消化试验,样品采集自北京化工大学食堂的分类厨余垃圾、北京化工大学居民生活垃圾、北京樱花园小区居民生活垃圾。记录厌氧发酵过程中沼气产量、甲烷含量、物质转化率、TS/VS和挥发性脂肪酸等数据,采用高通量测序测定微生物种群群落组成,研究开展了多批次多重复的厌氧发酵实验,数据量丰富扎实,数据量289KB。
This dataset is based on the "enhanced" single-phase anaerobic digestion technology for kitchen and food waste, which is primarily designed for intensified anaerobic digestion research on such wastes. It investigates the impacts of operational parameters including inoculum ratio, feedstock concentration, HRT (Hydraulic Retention Time), total solids content, fermentation broth recirculation ratio, and exogenous additives (zero-valent iron/activated carbon) on anaerobic fermentation. Laboratory single-phase anaerobic digestion experiments were conducted using samples collected from sorted kitchen waste in the canteen of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, domestic household waste of residents at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and domestic household waste of residents in Yingyuan Community, Beijing. Data such as biogas production, methane content, material conversion rate, TS/VS (Total Solids/Volatile Solids) and volatile fatty acids during the anaerobic fermentation process were recorded. High-throughput sequencing was utilized to measure the composition of microbial communities. Multiple batches of anaerobic fermentation experiments with multiple replicates were carried out, generating abundant and reliable data with a total size of 289 KB.
