Transcriptome profiling of fruit and seed tissues from two subspecies of Hippophae rhamnoides

This project aims to compare the gene expression differences in pulp and seed tissues of two seabuckthorn subspecies (Hippophae rhamnoides subsp. mongolica and Hippophae rhamnoides subsp. sinensis) by high-throughput transcriptome sequencing technology. The study includes 12 pairs of paired-end sequencing data (3 biological replicates for each subspecies and tissue)
