The 2012 Follow-up Survey was conducted by Oxford Research on behalf of Innovation Norway as part of their customer impact studies. This survey gathers responses from companies approximately four years after they received support from Innovation Norway. Innovation Norway manages and offers various forms of assistance to companies and entrepreneurs, collectively referred to as services. In 2012, the follow-up survey covered 25 different services, which accounted for 70 percent of the total grants from Innovation Norway in 2012.
The Customer Impact Survey of Innovation Norway's engagements has two main purposes:
An internal purpose focused on improving and further developing Innovation Norway's operations for their customers.
An external purpose aimed at demonstrating to the public that the investments in Innovation Norway's activities have yielded tangible results.
