Replication Data for: Hotspots in peril

<p>This repository contains the scripts and data for replicating the results of :
"Hotspots in peril: Misalignment of conservation efforts and ecological values in a shallow coastal sea"</p>

<p>The repository contains an R-project with renv environment for version control of packages used in the script. Analysis were done in R version 4.3.1. </p>

<p>The scripts folder contains all scripts for running the analysis, numbered in sequential order. </p>

<p>The dependencies folder contains data files and rdata objects created during the analysis that are necessary for the analysis.</p>

<p>The Waddenmozaiek benthos data is available through NIOZ (www.nioz.nl). The interaction matrix can be downloaded from 10.25850/nioz/7b.b.gg</p>
