Specific lymphocyte proliferation in the presence of both TLR4lig-Pp3 and TLR7lig-Pp3.

Data indicated that only TLR7lig-Pp3 led to significantly increased in the proliferation index of CD3+T-cells in allergic patients compared to tolerant controls, while TLR4lig-Pp3 seemed stimulate the T-cells proliferation without inducing a difference between groups. Moreover, in allergic patients there was a significant increase in CD3+ and CD4+ T-cells proliferation after stimulation with TLR4lig-Pp3 vs TLRlig and vs TLR4lig plus Pp3 peptide; additionally, TLR7lig-Pp3 induced a specific proliferative response of CD3+T-cells compared to TLR7lig and TLR7lig plus Pp3 peptide.
