wild-type and safa-/- THP-1 cells, or Flag-SAFA and Flag-Del-RGG stable expressed SAFA-/- cells were infected with VSV for 24 hours, samples were collected and send for RNA-seq. Overall design: Wild-type or SAFA-/- THP-1 cells, and SAFA-/- THP-1 cells stablely expressed with Flag-tagged SAFA or Flag-tagged Del-RGG mutant were infected with 0.1MOI VSV for 24 hours. Then cells were collected, and RNA samples were collected for RNA-sequencing.
