We use single cell RNA sequencing to describe the transcriptional changes during gastruloid development from 0 to 120h hours. Overall design: Examination of transcriptional profiles of embryonic stem cells and gastruloids cultured in N2B27 at 0, 12, 24, 36, 48, 52, 56, 60, 72, 84,96, and 120 hours post-seeding. Examination of multiome profiles (single-cell ATAC-seq and sinlge-cell RNA-seq) in gastruloids at 48h and 52h.
