Processed experimental dataset for biofilm deformation and clogging under stepwise flow loading

This item contains the processed experimental data supporting the study on biofilm clogging and deformation under stepwise flow loading in a microfluidic porous medium. The dataset includes: (i) processed experimental image sequences of biofilm morphology, (ii) digital image correlation (DIC)-derived displacement data, and (iii) inlet pressure data collected during stepwise flow loading experiments.

The processed image dataset is organized for downstream analysis and model development. The DIC data provide displacement-field information derived from the experimental image sequences. The pressure dataset includes the pressure measurements corresponding to the flow-loading steps used in the study.

These files are intended to support reproducibility of the image-based deformation analysis, pressure-response analysis, and related data-driven modeling described in the associated manuscript. Raw microscopy videos are not included in this item due to file-size limitations but may be available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
