Data-Gouv-FR/donnees-vaccination-par-pathologie-et-departement-region
This dataset provides COVID-19 vaccination data for France, stratified by pathology and patients' residential areas (departments and regions). The dataset includes both patient counts and corresponding ratios for each pathology, department, and region: patient counts cover treated patients, patients who received at least one vaccine dose, patients who completed the initial vaccination regimen, patients who received booster doses, and patients eligible for booster doses; ratios include the first-dose vaccination rate, initial vaccination completion rate, and booster vaccination rate. The data is sourced from France's national health insurance's Vaccin Covid system, which collects individual vaccine administration records and matches them with the National Health Data System (SNDS) to generate vaccination rates stratified by pathology and region. Additionally, the dataset contains the following details: update history (e.g., population mapping and pathology identification algorithms were updated on September 23, 2022), geographic coverage (covers metropolitan France and overseas departments, excluding Mayotte and other overseas territories), demographic filters (excludes beneficiaries under 18 years old and deceased individuals), statistical confidentiality requirements (data is not displayed when the number of vaccinated patients is fewer than 11), and data update frequency (updated on a monthly basis). This dataset is intended to support analyses of COVID-19 vaccination progress, especially the distribution of vaccination across different pathological groups and geographic regions.
