The SNPs were shown with the risk allele and minor allele frequencies (MAF) in normal glucose regulation (NGR), impaired glucose regulation (IGR) and type 2 (T2DM). The odds ratios of the risk allele (ORadd) were calculated using an additive genetic model that in logistic regression was multiplicative on the OR scale. P values were calculated using the additive, recessive (rec) or dominant (dom) genetic model, respectively.
