Data Supporting "Precipitation, moderated by spring temperature and vegetation, drives runoff efficiency in the Upper Colorado River Basin, USA"

This dataset contains the Excel and CSV files used in the R-based analyses supporting the figures, tables, and results in the manuscript “Precipitation, moderated by spring temperature and vegetation, drives runoff efficiency in the Upper Colorado River Basin, USA” The data include annual and seasonal summaries of precipitation, temperature, snow water equivalent (SWE), vegetation indices (NDVI), baseflow, and runoff efficiency for 16 sub-basins within the Upper Colorado River Basin. All files correspond to the variables and time periods evaluated in the principal components analysis, correlation analysis, Bayesian network structure learning, and multiple linear regression models presented in the manuscript.
