资源简介:
The transcriptome sequencing of skin samples from wound tissues was utilized to discover miRNAs and their differential expression profiles between day 0 and day 7. On day 7, the criterion of log2 fold change >1 and P-value 0.01 was selected for data analysis, and 21 miRNAs were identified as being up-regulated and 1 as being down-regulated. The gene ontology analyses showed the target genes of miRNAs were related to biological processes, cellular components, and molecular function. The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis of the target genes of miRNAs during skin wound healing showed the most enriched pathways were cancer, peroxisome, and lysosome. The study might provide an experimental foundation for further investigation on the mechanisms of wound healing, and some useful information for the miRNA-based treatments for wound healing. Nine mice were randomly divided into three groups. After anesthesia with 1% pentobarbital sodium, a hole punch with a diameter of 8 mm was used to model the skin wound on the mouse back.
